  • Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must have a degree comparable to an accredited U.S. bachelor’s or high school diploma.
  • Language Requirements: If you are not an English-speaking student, you must demonstrate sufficient English proficiency on one of the specified exams: TOEFL, IELTS, iTEP, PTE.

  • Candidates must have a grade point average of at least 3.00 (verified by WIU), renewable for a second year if a 3.0 grade point average is maintained.
  • Scholarship recipients enrolled in full-time online study are eligible.
